GMEC Solutions Limited provide comprehensive site inspection and asset management services for our clients to ensure that their duties under LOLER and PUWER regulations are being met and maintained. GMEC co-ordinate and implement scheduled site visits with clients and complete thorougher examination of lifting equipment held on site and provide client with findings, updated register and certification to confirm equipment meets required standards for continued site use. This also applied for access equipment management upon some sites whereby GMEC complete scheduled inspection and review of all portable access equipment to ensure that it is of correct standard for industrial application, in serviceable condition, and suitably identified that both safe for use and recorded upon site equipment register. Example of this service recently completed for Hanson Concrete highlighted issues with an access podium held on site which had been damaged, GMEC ensured this unit was taken out of service, a replacement sourced, quoted, supplied, delivered and set up to ensure site operations were not delayed or interrupted.
